Two Nest Thermostats from Black Friday sat for almost 2 years. I connected them myself but the air conditioner kept cycling on/off and after talking to Nest, I thought my furnace and AC was not compatible... I talked to Chris at Aptus about my issue, and scheduled to see if he could help. He spent time on the phone with a special Nest Pro team, and found the difficultly to be our Honeywell dual zone system with a Lennox Furnace. Nonetheless, after a couple hours he had both Nests installed and operating just how we needed. I was then able to add them to my Nest app where we control our Cabin Nest. Nothing like the ability to control any thermostat in any home from your phone, and reap the energy savings. We could not have done it without Chris’s determination to make everything work together.
